Greetings from sunny and rainy Scotland
Edinburgh provided a captivating setting for my research. The historic architecture, combined with the lively culture, created a distinctive appeal during my stay. The awe-inspiring landscape, set amidst hills and parks, provided daily inspiration.
Engaging with Law School staff was a personal highlight. The University of Edinburgh cultivates an open and collaborative environment. The interactions and partnerships with fellow scholars and lecturers broadened my horizons and enriched my research.
The Law School provides not only exceptional academic resources, but also a diverse range of events and seminars, enabling me to widen my network and gain insights into various fields of law.
Overall, my time in Edinburgh was academically and personally rewarding. I have pleasant memories of my brief yet intensely stimulating time in Edinburgh, and I look forward to returning there soon.
I extend my gratitude to Burkhard Schäfer for enabling my stay, and to Lachlan D. Urquhart for arranging my participation in a seminar. Additionally, I owe thanks to Judith Rauhofer and Nicolas Jondet for the engaging discussions we had.
